Not only does a cup of tea provide sensory involvement that makes for a great daily habit, but also the act of making loose leaf herbal tea provides us with an opportunity to slow down, connect to our present moment, and commune with nature via the plants we ingest.

After our session, you will walk away with your own tea blend formulated just for you and a greater understanding of herbal energetics, herbal actions, and why herbs are paired in certain ways for desired effects.
